During our stay at The Bristol Wing, we were immediately impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and right in the center of town. The facilities met all our essential needs, and we felt comfortable coming and going as we pleased. The curtains in our dorm were a great touch for added privacy, and the boardgames and breakfast in the lobby made us feel like we were in a homely environment. Despite a few minor issues, such as slow check-in and a lack of mirror in the room, these were easily overlooked due to the positive experiences we had during our stay. I highly recommend The Bristol Wing to any young traveler seeking a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Comfortable and clean bedrooms with high-quality bedding. Free tea and coffee available. Great historical vibe with a well-restored old elevator and beautiful parquet flooring. Perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach.
Felt totally at home, nothing was too much trouble.

The Bristol Wing was an excellent find. The beautifully restored building and comfortable rooms made for a perfect stay. The location in the center of the city was convenient, and the accommodating and friendly staff, especially George, made me feel at home. Plus, the free tea and coffee was a nice touch!
The breakfast offerings could be improved by having the complimentary cereal available earlier than 7:30 am. Many guests had early departures and it would be nice to have a quick bite before starting the day.

I stayed at an amazing place that was mind-blowing! The check-in was hassle-free and I could come and go as I pleased. The lounge area was super cozy with games and books to enjoy. I loved getting to know my roommates over a board game. Breakfast was included and there was even a fridge to store my food. The lift was a lifesaver when checking out, as I could easily bring all my things down in one go. The staff were incredibly friendly and had great knowledge of the area. The bathroom was clean and had a new shower, and I was provided with a towel and dresser. The lock box for the fridge was a game-changer, making my stay more affordable. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and even an oven and microwave. The pillows were fluffy and provided excellent support. Despite being my first time in a hostel, my stay at this place exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect and the communal facilities were outstanding, including free Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, laundry facilities, a leisure/TV room. The 24-hour reception and security added an extra level of convenience and safety. Plus, no smoking on site! my stay was simply jaw-dropping and I can't wait to come back!

I recently stayed at The Wing in central Bristol for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. The location was ideal, allowing me to walk everywhere and also offering convenient public transport options. The room I had was a single with a shared bathroom, but there was never a queue and everything was kept impeccably clean. The common areas were welcoming and the overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable.
I can recommend this hotel.

Great value for money, spacious and modern dorm rooms, clean private bathrooms, lovely staff, and an ideal location.
The only thing that could make the morning meal better is if they offered a wider variety of options.

The building was impressive and the staff were friendly. The hostel was well located in the center, making it convenient to explore the city. I liked that there were USB pockets near the bed, which was a relief as a European traveler. The shower was comfortable and the hostel had a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep, especially during the New Year celebrations. There were some maintenance issues, such as electricity problems with the plugs and a faulty toilet flush.

It was a nice touch to start our day with a delicious meal. The communal lounge area was also a great place to relax and socialize with other guests. We enjoyed playing games and reading the books provided. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about bus routes. Although there were a couple of minor inconveniences like a broken door and some missing amenities, overall I found The Bristol Wing to be a great value for money and would recommend it.
